I can't decide!!!! We have lived in our new home for a year now. The builder used flat paint throughout the whole house and it shows EVERYTHING! Each time the kids touch the wall their handprint stays. Flat paint is evil... it really is. We have decided to upgrade to a satin finish and lighten it up while we do it!
Here are the samples I have painted on the wall so far. I think I've spent a million dollars on all of the samples, but want to make sure I get it right!
I really like the original color, but it is a little dark. It is Restoration Hardware Cappuccino. The very last sample on the end is the cappuccino color mixed at 25% and I think we are leaning toward that one.
We are wanting to repaint the whole downstairs and the upstairs loft area. Here is a picture of the kitchen with the dark color. Do you think the dark brown cabinets will pop more with a lighter shade of paint???
